We're seeing growth in our Black Women Who Kayak+ community! We have heard from several of you who are interested in starting a BWWK+ Chapter or joining one that already exists.
As part of your training, our team will conduct some virtual meetings with you to ensure you learn everything you need to know about BWWK+, and to assure that you fit in well with our team. There will be times when you will be paid for your help with our backend business as well as certain events.

6. We require 10 hours a month can you commit to that? This includes hosting, team meetings, scouting, team-building events, and assisting with admin tasks. (hosting or scouting will only be if you requested to do so)

9. Do you know how to swim and feel comfortable hosting water events?
10. Are you willing to sign an agreement that BWWK+ is not held reliable for any actions that you do that are outside of our mission and vision while you're hosting a BWWK+ event? You'll be held 100% reliable of any action against you.
11. We're also looking for those who can manage our social media platforms, website, and merchandise. - Which will be a paid job. - Can you assist and if so what are your skillset for this position?
