Yoga in the Park is back! If you've missed this series, you need to come and join us.
We are elated the weather is cooling off and are excited to pull the yoga mats back out.
Outdoors offers a unique experience beginning with the smell of nature, inviting you to be present in the moment and breathe deeply. Using a mat or not, the Earth’s floor can enhance the physical benefits of yoga.
Come connect with nature, improve your flexibility & mobility, relieve some stress, and make a new friend.
**Please arrive early between 9:30-9:45am to find parking, get set up and be ready to start at 10:00 am**
Minimum of 10 attendees or event may be rescheduled.

What's provided:
Trained Yoga instructor - Coach Toni
Sanitized mats (or you may bring your own)
Sanitized blocks - to assist with your stretches.
Resistance bands (light, medium, heavy)
What to wear/bring:
Comfortable clothes and shoes
Sunscreen
Hat/Visor
Water
